Join us for a 6-week Tai Chi program that has been researched to decrease your risks of falls by improving your balance, flexibility & strength. You may participate sitting or standing. Classes are taught by Clint Jones, MD and Holly Warth, retired RN. Please note you must have taken the Beginner class before being eligible for the Advance class.
