Parent & Me Landscape Painting with Parent/Guardian

Enjoy a fun afternoon with your child exploring the world of painting. Leave the materials and mess to us! Kameran Dostal is a certified K-12 art educator with experience teaching all ages. First, we will take time to explore and play with paint! This allows participants time to get comfortable with the materials. Unlimited materials and paper to use. Then, examples of simple landscapes will be provided for you and your child to choose from. Both the parent and the child will be provided their own canvas. Finally, after developing a quick drawing, participants will use painting techniques they've learned to complete their own unique landscape painting. At the end of the day, each duo will have two canvases that (when placed together) create one large, beautiful landscape! Harmon Park Activity Center.
