Join certified yoga instructor Brittany Beckman, from The Yoga Alliance as she guides parents and kids through a fun and enriching yoga class together! This class is all about learning relaxation techniques, improving focus, and having a good time through mindful movement. To add to this fun experience, the class will take place in a softly lit room, creating a captivating glow ambiance. We will also provide glow items for you to enjoy during the session.
