Sunrise Yoga In the Park • Register • View Cart •

Experience this rejuvenating outdoor, morning yoga session, that allows you to reconnect with nature and engage in mindful breathing and graceful movements. The class will be led by Brittany Beckman, a certified yoga instructor with The Yoga Alliance. During this four-week program, you will gradually progress through a series of movements designed to improve your flexibility, strength and mindfulness. Pick the day of the week that suits you best, or sign up for multiple sessions! In case of inclement weather, class will be moved inside. Beginners and experienced yogis alike are welcome!
